This stuff is just too cool to pass up. After a little searching I managed to find the north star and it did not dissapoint. This was about a 30 min. exposure FYI. Oh, and this was taken at 1am.

So today's the last day at home before I leave for ART school tomorrow. And what better way to pass the hours than to snap some new photos. Got inspired to try this one after watching a TV commercial. All you need is a bowl of milk, a syringe, and a quick trigger finger. I was pretty pleased in the end.

Star Island

Out for another fine visit to Star Island on the Isles of Shoals. Beautiful area, and a photographers paradise.

I've driven past this old farm house almost every day, but today was the first time I'd actually stopped to snap a few shots. Gotta love Maine.

Out for a prowl in the back alleys of Lewiston, ME after dark. I love finding beauty in the abandoned.

Midnight Mayhem

Oh, what fun one can have with long exposures, a hand held flash, and a couple cheap flashlights. This was taken well after dark, by the way.

Angel Falls

So this picture may have been one of the most challenging locations I've ever been to. After driving almost 2 hours, walking another hour and a half down a road, and hiking in through rivers and mud for another half hour, I arrived here; at the 90 foot drop of Angel Falls in Byron, ME. Wanna check out this location? Be prepared for a hike, kiddos.
